Marcus Vick was ordered to serve to 20 days in jail Thursday morning.
Vick had been convicted of DUI, and sentenced to a year in jail, or he could take the option of a court-ordered DUI program.
But he did not pay the fees for that program, and was kicked out. So, the judge ordered Vick to serve time in jail.
He can post $25,000 bond while he appeals the decision.
