RICHMOND -
Hazmat crews and Richmond police have just left a judge's home in Richmond's near West End.
Police tell CBS 6's Jon Burkett that the judge was opening her mail when she found a white powdery substance inside a letter to sent to her home.
The letter has been taken to the state crime lab for further testing.
