BEND, OR -
A former Henrico County police officer pleads guilty to the June robbery of a bank in Oregon.
Charles Harpster entered the guilty plea to the charge of second degree bank robbery and faces six to ten years in prison.
He served as a Henrico County police officer for 30 years.
His wife Tammi Truschke also faces charges. Police say she served as her husband's getaway driver for that bank robbery.
