RICHMOND - Singer Chris Brown was spotted at the Richmond police horse stables, Wednesday, clearing debris with a yard tool.

The singer wearing a red hat, a t-shirt and baggy jeans was seen behind a fence in tall weeds. A man who appeared to be a body guard wearing a t-shirt that said "Stop Teen Violence" was also nearby.

Brown did not speak to the media, but did smile as he carried a ladder over his head.
