Her mother, Diane Dixon of Boyds, Maryland was also taken to the hospital, along with three other passengers.
Charges are still pending during the investigation.

Workers say they hope to have Interstate 95 back open by 10:00 a.m.

A deadly accident has shut down Interstate 95 for most of the morning.
State Police tell us a white SUV was traveling Southbound. It ran off the right side of the road, veered left, and then went over the guardrail into the Northbound lanes.
Police tell us two people were ejected from the vehicle. One was hit by a tractor trailer and was killed.
Two other people have been taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
We have a crew on the scene of the accident, and will have more details as they become available.
