Suspicious Package Shuts Down Courthouse
RICHMOND - A suspicious package shuts down roads around the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond.

The box was discovered around 7:30 p.m. Monday night. Richmond Police and U.S. Marshals were both called in to close off the area.

The bomb squad was then called in to remove the box.

It was later determined that it posed no threat. Investigators are still trying to determine how it got there.
