RICHMOND—
After months of delays, nightclub owner Sam Moore appeared before the State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control Monday.

Moore is fighting for the right to continue to serve alcohol at "Club Velvet". The VABC is investigating 11 violations that include serving alcohol to minors, serving alcohol after hours and public nudity.

Customers, employees and undercover agents are expected to continue their testimony Tuesday before the ABC makes its final decision.
