Increased DUI Patrols in Richmond on St. Patrick's Day netted more than a dozen arrests.Richmond Police set up a traffic checkpoint on East Main Street Wednesday night into Thursday morning and stopped 432 cars. That resulted in 18 arrests and 5 summonses issued.
Specifically, that breaks down to: *1 felony arrest, *14 misdemeanor arrests, *1 DUI arrest, *1 possession of marijuana arrest, *1 possession of a firearm arrest, and *5 summonses issued
