Richmond - The three ladies from the Richmond are on a mission to lose at least two dress sizes by New Year's Eve.

We caught up with them today and are proud to report... they are on their way to more than just smaller dresses.

A month ago Dr. Oz revealed the eye opening results of Stacy Rodriguez, Brooke Page and Toni Winston's "real age" test. Brooke's actual age is 29, but because of her high weight, blood pressure and other factors, her "real age" came out to be 36. A little over a month later she's down 20 pounds and two dress sizes.

We cauught up with the three at work at the office where they work together, but catching up wasn't easy. They were getting in some lunchtime exercise together. The key word being "together". "It's easy to say i'll start tomorrow, it's no big deal", says Toni. "But when you have people constantly at you, you know they're waiting to see what you're doing, it helps you be accountable."

They're not just an inspiration for people they work with, they're also an inspiration for their families. Stacy Rodriguez says, "My husband has been phenomenal. he's really incorporated a lifestyle change for all of us." Family keeps them motivated. Friendship keeps them accountable. "Motivation isn't an issue with the support of the girls", says Brooke, "the Richmond community, Seal Team. Every challenge has it's own hurdles so I think you just take it day by day."

And as millions saw today on Dr. Oz, their group lifestyle change is working. You can follow their progress by watching Dr. Oz Monday thru Friday at 4:00, just before CBS 6 News at 5:00
