RICHMOND—
A Richmond property owner with a history of City code violations appeared in court, Thursday.Oliver Lawrence faces more than two dozen misdemeanor charges.
Thursday, the judge decided to give him more time to bring his properties up to code.
Lawrence has 30-days to fix six critical violations and 90-days to fix dozens of other minor problems.
Prosecutors say if he doesn't do that, they will bring more than $370,000 in back fines against him.
CBS 6's Jon Burkett tried to ask Lawrence about the charges, but he did not give any comment.
