Hanover native and WWE wrestling star Mickie James will visit with children at the Lewis Children's Center at St. Joseph's Villa in Henrico this week.James will talk to campers at the Lewis Children's Center's HEROES Training Camp about her effort to get into wrestling.
As a wrestler James became a six-time World Wrestling Entertainment champion.
She also will discuss her new career as a country music singer.
During "HEROES Training Camp" children explore the qualities it takes to become a hero.
James' appearance is one of several appearances by local "heroes" that have taken place this summer.
