NORFOLK -
The younger brother of NFL quarterback Michael Vick gets more jail time after appealing his conviction and punishment for a probation violation.
A Norfolk judge sentenced Marcus Vick to 30 days in jail, which was 10 days longer than his original sentence.
The younger Vick was convicted in October 2008 of driving under the influence, eluding police and other violations.
He received a 12 month suspended term and was ordered to pay fines, complete a treatment program and stay away from alcohol and drugs, but he violated his probation by missing counseling sessions and testing positive for marijuana.
