Chesterfield fire investigators are trying to figure out what caused a fire inside a home in Chester.
The blaze broke out about 7 p.m. Saturday night in a home in the 12700 block of Parker Lane. Originially, crews thought someone may have been trapped inside the home. They later determined no one was inside. They believe the homeowner was staying somewhere else because the house was undergoing renovations.
No one was hurt fighting the fire. The cause is still under investigation.
