Henrico Police arrested a half-naked woman Tuesday afternoon in a neighborhood near Hungry Spring and East Parham Roads.Police say they were called to the 5700 block of Oak Run Lane around 1:00pm Tuesday about a woman running around outside.
Police describe that woman as "partially clothed."
After investigating the incident police say they've charged 28-year-old Christy Coates with being drunk in Public, exposure, and prostitution (soliciting).
