RICHMOND, VA -
Richmond police say they've arrested two men for vandalizing two parks and a Richmond neighborhood last year. Investigators say they worked with Henrico Police and the FBI to track down Jonathan E. Feldmann and Andrew Bryant Souser.
Police say the men spray painted anti-Semitic and racist graffiti in Forest Hill Park, Bryan Park and the Bellevue area last year. Some of the damage was done to a police cruiser.
The men are both charged with felony destruction of property but Souser is also facing 17 misdemeanor counts of destruction of property.
Similar charges are also pending against both men in Henrico County.
