PETERSBURG -
A Petersburg father is facing multiple charges after his four-month-old daughter suffered severe burns over the weekend.
Police say the baby girl was scalded during a bath on Saturday and they say 25-year-old Jeffrey Morris didn't call for help until the next day when the baby's burns got worse.
Morris is charged with felony injury, abuse and child neglect, as well as failure to secure medical attention.
He's being held without bond at the Petersburg Jail.
