HENRICO -
One man is dead after being hit by a car at a Henrico intersection. The victim has been identified as 66 year old Edmond Earl Miller Jr. of Glen Allen.
It happened just after 11:30 p.m. Wednesday night at the intersection of West Broad Street and Gaskins Road. The driver was heading west on Broad when Miller was hit.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say alcohol is not a factor in this crash.
Investigators are still trying to determine if charged will be filed.
