Crews Call Off Search for Survivors in Mid-Air Collision
CREWE - Search crews have called off their search for survivors following a deadly mid-air collision between a Coast Guard plane and a Marine Helicopter.

They are now switching to recovery efforts. They say there is little hope of finding anyone alive.

The two aircrafts collided during a training exercize off the coast of Southern California on Thursday. Nine crew members are still missing. That includes Virginia native Adam Bryant. The 28-year-old grew up in Crewe. He was the co-pilot of the Coast Guard plane that went down.
