Thursday's storm caused more than $10,000 in damage to Southside Speedway in Chesterfield.
The damage is so extensive the speedway had to cancel Friday night's race.
"We have anywhere from four 4 to five light poles are down. We had, the phone lines are down, the charge machine lines are down, the water is down, " said Sue Clements with Southside Speedway.

"It took out my pride and joy, my grill. It took out my patio furniture, and the side of the house here where our living room and storage room is at. It took out our air conditioning unit, it took our pretty much all of this, " said Chesterfield homeowner Gary Robinson.
