Some of the people who were forced out of their South Richmond Apartments by a three alarm fire are finally able to return home.The first stage of apartment repairs have been completed at the Chesterfield Square Apartments. So some residents are set to move in today.
Dozens of senior citizens were displaced after the massive fire at the apartment complex. About 30 units were ruled uninhabitable.
