A beer truck crash causes major traffic backups on an Interstate 95 ramp in Chester.
The Budweiser truck overturned on the ramp from Route 10 to I-95. the ramp stayed open after the crash, but crews had unload all the beer before they could flip the truck back over.
Police say the driver was going too fast on the ramp, causing his load to shift and the truck to overturn.
The driver, 23-year-old Jonathan Woodson, is now charged with reckless driving.
