Update: 3/18/10 3:37 p.m.Here's the latest from Henrico Police:
On March 18, 2010, at approximately 7:43 a.m., Henrico County Police received a call in reference to a body floating in the lake at Lakeland Circle and Maybeury Drive.
Henrico Fire and Henrico Police responded and the body of an Asian female was located in the lake. The female has been identified as 53 year old Yan Fang Li of the 9000 block of Midway Road.
The cause of death has been ruled a drowning. She was reported missing by her family on March 18, 2010 at 2:30 a.m. Mrs. Li's daughter stated that her mother had been missing since 2:30 p.m. on March 17, 2010, and was known to walk around the neighborhood.
A witness stated that on March 17, 2010 between 3:15 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. that she was passing the lake and saw a person in a gray hooded sweatshirt walking into lake with water up to her chest.
The witness did not call police because she thought the person was trying to retrieve something from the lake.

Henrico County police are investigating a body found in a West End lake.
We're told around 7:40 this morning a neighbor living in the area of Patterson Avenue and Maybeury Drive spotted a body floating in a neighborhood lake.
Police say that neighbor took a kayak out for a closer look and found the body had no pulse.
Police are on scene now collecting evidence. Investigators say initial reports are that there is no trauma on the body.
Police will not say yet whether the body is that of a man or woman.
Police do say they received a report of a missing person in that area last night but are not yet ready to connect the two.
