Residents and staff of The Virginia Home, a non-profit residential facility for adults with irreversible disabilities, are sponsoring a fundraiser in support of The American Cancer Society.
Forty-three residents will participate in the 12th Annual Aquathon, Friday, December 11th; residents will swim from 9am to 3:30pm at The Virginia Home.
The residents face daily challenges, however, the Aquathon is their opportunity to be supportive of the community that has supported them throughout the years.
