The Richmond Symphony showcases 400 musicians in a free concert along with professional musicians.
The Richmond Symphony invited musicians of all ages and abilities to perform with the Symphony in the 3rd annual "COME & PLAY" concert.
A golden opportunity for some young grade school or college student or that seasoned amateur.
Associate Conductor Erin Freeman will lead the group, a total of 480 musicians, in favorites like The Sound Of Music, West Side Story, and The Nutcracker.
The concert is Sunday, November 22, 6pm at the Siegel Center.

"ARTS WITH HEART - FIRST ANNUAL ART AUCTION" This is a benefit auction for Full Circle Grief Center, an organization that helps Richmond area students and their families deal with the death of a loved one or friend. MUSEUM EXPANSION UPDATE: The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts will unveil its 150-million dollar expansion at the grand opening May 1, 2010. But in the mean time, if you're a member you can see a sneak peek of the expansion this Friday from 5-8pm and Saturday 11am to 2pm. If you're not a member no problem, you can join at the door. After completion, the museum's centerpiece, the James W. and Frances G. McGlothlin Wing, will provide the museum with fifty percent more exhibition space and an array of public gathering areas.
