Richmond -
Here's a chance for your child to be the next star in "The Sound Of Music".
If your son or daughter can sing and dance, and is between 5-18,
he or she can audition to be one of the VonTrapp children.
Each child will be asked to sing their favorite Sound Of Music song, (check the website)
The open casting call is Saturday, November 7th, at Short Pump Town Center.
Registration starts at 9:30am, pre-registered auditions at 9:30am and open auditions begin at noon.
"The Sound Of Music" is the latest production of Theatre IV and Barksdale Theatre.
The production will open May 14 of 2010 at the Empire Theatre.
