FARMVILLE—
Tuesday, Commonwealth's Attorney, Jim Ennis, released the identities of the four homicide victims found at 505 First Avenue.Based on preliminary reports of the autopsy, Longwood University professor, Dr. Debra Kelley; Pastor, Mark Niederbrock, their daughter, Emma Niederbrock and her friend, Melanie Wells died from blunt force trauma to the head.
Police still don't have a timeline of when the quadruple murders took place or how long the victims may have been dead before they were discovered by police.
Ennis said final reports from the Medical Examiner's office will give investigators a definite timeline.
However, authorities are relieved to have the person they believe is responsible for these murders, in custody, while they conduct what Ennis calls a "coast to coast" investigation.
McCroskey isn't being charged at the moment for Dr. Debra Kelley, Emma Niederbrock or Melanie Wells' death until final autopsy reports return.
Ennis said there is still no motive for this case because McCroskey is not being cooperative.
