FREE FRIDAY MOVIE: This week's (July 23) free Richmond Parks and Rec Friday Movie in the Park is "The Blind Side". The movie begins at 8:30 p.m. with free popcorn, drinks and cotton candy (while supplies last) at Blackwell Community Center, 300 East 15th Street, Richmond.
