FREE TAX ASSISTANCE: Henrico County and the Greater Richmond Earned Income Tax Credit coalition are offering free tax help until April 14. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Human Services Building at 8600 Dixon Powers Drive and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Saturday at the Fairfield Area Library at 1001 N.
